- You can delete videos at any time through the app gallery or manually through your device's file system

- Videos are never transmitted, uploaded, or shared with us or third parties

*App Settings:*

- Timer settings and timeline configurations (interactive timeline with blocks: time forward, time backward, delay, switch side)

- Saved timelines library (custom training timelines you create)

- Selected theme (light/dark/system)

- Video recording quality settings

- Selected interface language (Russian, English, Hebrew)

- Switch side duration settings

- Ad removal preference

- All settings are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults

- Settings are never transmitted or shared

*Timeline Data:*

- Custom training timelines you create using the interactive timeline builder

- Timeline names and configurations

- All timeline data is stored locally on your device

- You can save, load, and delete timelines at any time

### App Permissions

Our app requests the following permissions on iOS:

1. *Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription)*

- Used to record videos through the front camera

- Camera access is required only during video recording

- We do not access your camera at any other time

2. *Microphone (NSMicrophoneUsageDescription)*

- Used to record audio along with video

- Microphone access is required only during video recording

- We do not access your microphone at any other time

3. *Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription)*

- Used to save and view recorded videos

- Access is required only for working with your own videos recorded through the app

- We do not access other photos or videos in your library

*Note:* All permissions are requested only when needed. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings app.

## How We Use Your Information

- *Video Recordings:* Used only locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, analyze, or share your videos with anyone.

- *Settings and Timelines:* Used only to personalize your app experience and store your preferences locally.

- *Advertising:* AdMob uses data to show relevant advertisements. We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes.

- *Analytics:* We do not collect or use analytics data about your app usage.

## Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

- Delete all app data through the "Clear All Data" function in settings

- Delete individual videos through the app gallery

- Delete individual timelines from the timeline library

- Revoke app permissions in your device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security)

- Delete the app at any time, which will remove all associated data

## Data Retention

- Videos: Stored on your device until you delete them

- Settings: Stored on your device until you delete the app or clear data

- Timelines: Stored on your device until you delete them or clear all data

- We do not retain any data after you delete the app

## Children

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

## International Users
